Our Responsibility
At WhosTheRef.com we actively seek to support the community. We always donate a share of our revenue to good causes, we respect our employees and associates and respect the environment. We believe all commercial organisations have a duty to conduct themselves responsibly.
The little things that matter
We are very aware of the wider impact our business operations have on the environment. We truly believe that the future development and growth of our company should only be achieved through a socially responsible approach thanks to:
- Routinely planting of trees via the UK’s Woodland Trust.
- Keep all car journeys to a minimum and use public transport where possible.
- Re-use and recycle all used paper, packaging and other suitable materials.
- Where possible combine visits to clients in the same area to reduce journeys.
- All equipment is switched off overnight.
- Transactions and communications are carried out electronically wherever possible, saving paper.
Charitable Contributions
"No one has ever become poor by giving" We strongly believe commercial enterprises should support the community. Each year we aim to donate a percentage of our turnover to good causes. Also, whenever an employee embarks on charitable fundraising, we offer to match-fund the amount raised.

School of Hard Knocks: SOHK delivers life-changing programmes across the UK. They change the lives of children and adults using rugby, boxing and strongman courses, supported by a curriculum of powerful life lessons. They work with unemployed adults to find and sustain employment and with school children at risk of exclusion to help them reengage with education.
